Xilinx Alveo™ U50 Data Center Accelerator Card is a single-slot, low profile form factor passively-cooled card operating up to a 75W maximum power limit. The U50 supports PCI Express® (PCIe) Gen3 x16 or dual Gen4 x8, is equipped with 8GB of high-bandwidth memory (HBM2), and Ethernet networking capability.

The U50 Data Center Accelerator Card provides optimized acceleration for workloads in financial computing, machine learning, computational storage, and data search and analytics. The U50 Data Center Card is built on Xilinx UltraScale+™ architecture and packaged in an efficient, 75W, low-profile form factor. The U50 includes 8GB HBM2, 100GbE networking, and PCI Express 4.0. These features make the U50 ideal for deployment in any server. The U50 Card has a single QSFP28 connector capable of 4x25G.
